Consigments will be taken by appointment only!

SELLER
|
- All consignment fees MUST be paid
in CASH, MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD
(NO checks and NO exceptions!)
- All Items will be inspected when accepted for resale
- Items MUST be in pristine condition, if previously worn must be washed or drycleaned. If the item is in bad condition - may be refused for resale
- Drycleaning charges can be split
50/50 between store and the seller.
- Consignment agreement will state the agreed upon price, and relieves store of loss, theft or damage to resale item(s)
- Item(s) will be under consignment for 6 months only!
- After 6 months, store will notify seller that unsold items MUST be picked up in 14 days

- $6.00 administrative fee is to be paid when item(s) are accepted by the store for resale
- Agreed upon consignment price will remain fixed unless the contract is re-negotiated
- Understand that item(s) may be tried on by potential buyers
- Alteration
charges are the responsibility of the seller on SALE items only!
(NOT ON RENTAL ITEMS)
- Seller will receive 50% of the agreed upon price upon sale of the item(s) which is split 50/50 between store and the seller
- Owner will send a check via postal mail for payment of resold item(s)
- Item(s) that are NOT retrieved after the 6 month consignment period, and 14 day pickup time will become the property of the store

- Payment is due in FULL upon purchase of item(s)
- NO LAYAWAYS, and NO requests for CASH REFUNDS will be accepted!
- Store credits and item exchanges are accepted within 14 days with a store receipt
